The incoming energies are currently pushing us to evolve beyond what is comfortable and familiar, what is known, and towards greater expansion, deeper healing, and an inner connection that enhances our intution. As such, we may be feeling more sensitive, more open and more vulnerable. This can create feelings of inner tension and a subtle contraction. We are urged to remain open, flexible and to release what keeps us rigid and attached to old comforts.
If you've been feeling scattered and ungrounded use this weekend to gather your energy. Slow down and be mindful that you may have to confront those parts of you that are still clinging to the past, and the attachments that keep you looping around the same old experiences. Inner contemplation and reflection can bring radical inner discoveries and the resulting realizations an motivate and mobilze you to make the changes that are needed. The challenge is to heed the call and to follow the internal pull towards reflection and observation where you can listen, feel, open to and explore new perspectives, attitudes, opportunities and experiences.
