The release of fear is a small price to pay for the ecstasy

of full merging with the Divine.

 

This is an example of Angelic humor. When Archangel Gabriel suggested that the "release of fear is a small price to pay," he was pointing out my old propensity for holding on to what is uncomfortable but familiar. It also is a gentle chiding to help me notice what might be my experience if I were ready to trust enough to release the fear and open up to new possibilities for my life.

For some reason, our culture seems to think that the responsible thing for us to do is to focus on our fears, as if worrying about the future is the preparation we need to make good things happen. We know from the study of magnetism that this attitude is exactly opposite from what is the truth in our lives.

Our spiritual journey is a path of surrendering our thoughts of fear and allowing them to be replaced by the infinitely creative intelligence of the Universe. When we are engrossed in thoughts that are fear-based, it overshadows the possibilities that also exist at the same time.

We live in a field of Pure Potential. There is so much opportunity waiting for us to claim and acknowledge, but we cannot see clearly until we are willing to open the door to the possibilities for Creative Solutions. It becomes simply our focus of attention.

Full merging with the Divine means I align myself with the spaciousness of Infinite Intelligence where miracles occur. To do this, I need to create a dedicated space where I can go to pray and have a quiet time to focus on the spiritual truths that exist beyond appearances. It does not have to be elaborate, but it does require my commitment to take the time to raise my vibrational frequencies so I can begin to see from a heightened perspective.

This meditation time soothes my nervous system; my calm deep breathing centers me, and the Infinite Wisdom within my heart begins to feed me with new ideas and Creative Solutions. I am demonstrating a new willingness to ask for what I truly want to experience and invite the support of those beings of Light who are always with me. This is called prayer. Prayer can help us acknowledge and accept our experience, while creating a focus on new possibilities and miraculous outcomes.

Shanta GabrielPlease release me from this fear that clouds the truth of my being. I am willing to open my mind and trust that I am always divinely inspired and guided in every moment.

I am grateful to know that when I open my heart to love, I allow new life to spring from within me, creating new beginnings on every level.

Please help me to remember that I am not alone, that I can dwell in Well-Being, and to allow myself to feel surrounded by Wings of Pure Love always. And so it is.

Just when you thought things could not get worse, the world now witnesses a war in Gaza of such proportions that one wonders how and when it will end. “Matthew’s Message – November 1” fully covers the developments and I recommend you read the full version to become enlightened as to the purpose of the war that the Illuminati are behind. The following extract from the message clearly reveals that they planned it and of their intentions.

“The intention of the Illuminati counterattack in Gaza is to cause massive death, injury, fear and extreme hardships for survivors, and Israeli defence forces have been ordered to cripple Palestine to irremediable status. The rock-bottom vibrations of that combination added to the vibrations of everyone who is suffering hang like ominous storm clouds on Earth’s horizon”

The world lurches from one crisis to another and, when you thought it couldn’t get worse, it does, leaving people wondering how and where it will all end. That, Dear Ones, is still in the melting pot and depends on how the forces of Light respond. It is a delicate situation that few wish to see escalate into a World War, but they can rest assured that it would not be allowed as the greater Plan is for the success of the Light. (1)

How you reach your goal depends on your actions and response to the events going on around you. Our desire is that you hold the love vibrations and spread them around you to all people, as that will maintain a good level so important at such a trying time.

You have already entered the photon belt and as time progresses the vibrations will lift up and negativity will be weakened by it and eventually disappear. So let your thoughts revolve around the love/light that is keeping your hopes alive. We are with you willing you ever onwards and know that you have the intention and willpower to succeed.

These are the times you have been waiting for and prepared for well in advance. In spite of the present darkness that has descended upon Earth your Light is lifting up other souls and giving them hope. Anticipating this period of the end times, you have been selected because you lifted yourselves up and can hold the vibrations. Never waver as it is written in the stars that the Light will be victorious, and deservedly so. You as Light Beings are the beacons that will help others find the way home. You do not in fact know how important your contribution is to achieve victory over the dark Ones.

You have been preparing for these times for so long and chosen to be present, because you have the strength and determination to go all the way as required to reach your goal. Never fear the dark Ones as your Light is your protection, and they try to destroy it for that reason.

In reality they know you are more powerful than them but try every trick to get you off guard. So stay firm and resilient knowing that you are more powerful than they are. Fear is their weapon and the energy they live off that is growing because of the state of the Earth as it reacts to so much negativity. However, it has its own way of dealing with such problems.

It is with sadness that we hear the cries of those beleaguered souls in Gaza trapped in the most intolerable conditions, but they would not have become involved unless it was part of their evolution. At one level as unlikely as it may seem, they accepted the challenge that they took on knowing that it would help their desire to overcome their frailty. They knew before they incarnated that life would be very trying to say the least but also knew that it presented an opportunity to evolve more quickly.

Dear Ones, we know life can be hard for many people but all souls will find themselves exactly where they can release karma and progress, and if successful never to have to face the same challenges again. It may sound harsh to put souls through such experiences but it has proved to be the only way you really learn. When you return to the Light between lives, naturally your Guides take you through your experiences and help you understand the outcome of them.

Every soul is acting out a part that is essential to the outcome and be assured that a lot of preparation goes into arranging it. Failure is considered as part of your experience and you always have the opportunity to meet the same challenge again. As we have often pointed out previously there is no shame in missing out on [through?] a life where you went astray; indeed you should be that much stronger as a result of it. Experience at any stage is desirable so your time is always of value and there is always something to be gained from it.

The Earth is ideal for your experiences and there is not another planet in your system that can offer such a vast array of experiences. What a beautiful place it is yet Man in his ignorance has no concept that it is a life form that has given itself to Man for the outworking of his freewill.

Right now Mother Earth is “shaking” off some undesirable changes so that it can cleanse the Earth and eventually restore it to its pristine condition. There are so many changes taking place and now and then the Earth shakes as result.

However, it is the long-term benefits that count and clearing out the old and no longer useful ways of doing things will make way for a change that will benefit all people. It is not easy to achieve it whilst people have to live through it but it will be made as easy as possible.

A lot is being asked of you but people are hardy and determined to see the changes through, even at the expense of experiencing lower levels of comfort. Soon it will become apparent where Humanity is heading and the future looks bright and assured.

Three days till 11/11.

When, at Xenia Retreat Center in Sept. 2018, I ventured in meditation into the very bottom of my heart, the depths of my heart, called the Seat of the Soul, I there found the Light of the Self.  (1)

But, after the experience, I was filled with doubts. The soul doesn’t “live” in the heart; it fills the whole of creation.  Who else can be found to support that statement? And then I promptly forgot about the matter.

But today I came across a section in From Darkness Unto Light, which features a large group of enlightened masters saying exactly that: That the Self, the soul, the spirit lives in and is to be sought and found in the heart. (2)

I feel buoyed up having found such a range of evidence in support of what sounded to me like a statement in need of corroboration. Here is that evidence:

Within the city of Brahman, which is the body, there is the heart, (1) and within the heart there is a little house. This house has the shape of a lotus, and within it dwells that which is to be sought after, inquired about, and realized. (Swami Prabhavananda and Frederick Manchester, trans., The Upanishads. (1) Not the Heart Chakra, but the heart behind the hridayam or heart aperture.

The ancient, effulgent being, in-dwelling Spirit, (1) [is] deep-hidden in the lotus of the heart. (UPAN, 17.)

(1) The Self, the soul.

Smaller than the smallest, greater than the greatest, this Self forever dwells within the hearts of all. (UPAN, 18.)

Both the individual self and the Universal Self have entered the cave of the heart, the abode of the Most High. (UPAN, 19.)

He who … sees [the Atman] inhabiting the lotus of the heart, living among physical elements, sees Brahman indeed. For this First-Born is the immortal Self. (UPAN, 21.)

The Supreme Person, … the Innermost Self, dwells forever in the heart of all beings. (UPAN, 24.)

The Self exists in man, within the lotus of the heart, and is the master of his life and of his body. (UPAN, 46.)

Within the lotus of the heart (1) he dwells, where, like the spokes of a wheel in its hub, the nerves meet. Meditate on him as OM. Easily mayest thou cross the ocean of darkness. (UPAN, 46.)

(1) Not the heart chakra, which is shaped like a lotus, but the Hridayam, or heart aperture, which closes like a closed lotus.

I am the Lord in the midst of the earth. (1) (Exodus 8:22.)

(1) “In the midst of the earth” = I.e., in the center of the body; that is, in the Heart.

The devoted … know Him always There in the heart, Where action is not. (Sri Krishna in Swami Prabhavananda and Christopher Isherwood, trans., Bhagavad-Gita. The Song of God. New York and Scarborough: New American Library, 1972; c1944, 59.) (Hereafter BG.)

There in the ignorant heart … I dwell. (Sri Krishna in BG, 87.)

The fire (1) shall ever be burning upon the altar; (2) it shall never go out. (Leviticus 6:13.)

(1) The Father or Self. (2) The Heart.

The Lord is in his holy temple: (1) let all the earth keep silence before him. (2) (Habakkuk 2:20.)

(1) The body; more specifically, the Heart.

(2) Silently meditate on Him.

Here, within this body, in the pure mind, in the secret chamber of intelligence, in the infinite universe within the heart, the Atman (1) shines in its captivating splendour, like a noonday sun. (Shankara in CJD, 53.)

The Atman, which is pure consciousness, is the light that shines in the shrine of the heart, the center of all vital force. (Shankara in CJD, 63.)

The Atman is … the real I, hidden in the shrine of the heart. (Shankara in CJD, 69.)

The first step to self-knowledge is to know that thou art composed of an outward shape, called the body, and an inward entity called the heart, or soul. (1) By “heart” I do not mean the piece of flesh situated in the left of our bodies, but that which uses all the other faculties as its instruments and servants. In truth it does not belong to the visible world, but to the invisible, and has come into this world as a traveller visits a foreign country for the sake of merchandise, and will presently return to its native land. It is the knowledge of this entity and its attributes which is the key to the knowledge of God. (Al-Ghazzali, The Alchemy of Happiness. trans. Claud Field. Lahore: ASHRAF, 1971; c1964, 21.)

The heart of the devotee is the abode of God. He dwells, no doubt, in all beings, but He especially manifests Himself in the heart of the devotee. A landlord may at one time or another visit all parts of his estate, but people say he is generally to be found in a particular drawing-room. The heart of the devotee is the drawing-room of God. Um relacionamento completo com o seu Eu Superior só é possível quando você se dá tempo para receber das fontes mais profundas do seu ser.

Felizmente, quando o Arcanjo Gabriel apareceu em minha vida, eu já havia estabelecido uma prática espiritual a partir dos anos que passei com meu guru.

Usando meu tempo logo no início do dia para sentar, concentrar-me na respiração e orar antes que minha meditação se tornasse a maneira mais importante de começar minha manhã. Os meus dias eram muito diferentes e nunca tão confortáveis se isto fosse interrompido.

Depois da minha visita do Arcanjo Gabriel e do início dos seus ensinamentos, o meu foco no tempo de meditação tornou-se muito diferente. Havia menos atenção à energia de fora de mim e mais consciência sobre o desenvolvimento de um relacionamento com o meu Eu Superior como meu novo melhor amigo.

Os ensinamentos envolviam um reconhecimento que eu nunca havia experimentado-que meu Eu Superior agia como o guardião dos portões do meu sistema de orientação. Disseram-me que era importante estabelecer a minha intenção de permitir que o meu Eu Superior fosse o filtro que recebia sabedoria das frequências superiores. Isso atrairia apenas aqueles professores não físicos que estavam em harmonia com o propósito da minha alma.

Houve momentos em que permiti um canal aberto para quaisquer ensinamentos que quisessem vir através de mim. Foi muito emocionante, no entanto, levou a um pouco de confusão e estimulação em Meus domínios mentais. Às vezes acabava por me sentir desorientada e doente. Mas quando prestei atenção ao meu Eu Superior e permiti uma abertura para esse canal, o trabalho criativo começou a fluir através de mim. E o mais importante, todo este trabalho estava centrado no meu coração.

Comecei a sentir ondas de sentimentos amorosos que curavam grande parte dos velhos padrões que faziam sentir-me tão sozinho e cortado. A Luz Divina derramou - se através das novas portas que a minha alma tinha aberto para uma consciência superior, e eu literalmente comecei a "iluminar-me.”

Essas experiências poderosas foram profundamente gratificantes e curativas para mim. Estimularam também um maior desejo de reforçar esta ligação com a fonte de energia. Notei que quando eu estava alinhado com a minha alma através do meu Eu Superior, eu me senti maravilhoso. Havia uma sensação de ser feliz sem motivo aparente.

Quando eu deixava minha prática espiritual deslizar e não me concentrava nessa poderosa conexão com as frequências mais altas, eu começava a me sentir perdida e menos capacitada. A inspiração que eu precisava para me sentir completa estava dentro de mim. Esse foi um novo ponto focal para mim. Lá, nos momentos especiais que me entreguei, experimentei um fluxo de Amor Divino maior do que qualquer outro que experimentei no mundo à minha volta. Encheu o vaso vazio em minha consciência consciente e me deu uma nova vida.

Todos nós temos esta capacidade de receber o Amor Divino. Está aí à nossa espera para abrirmos os canais receptivos para receber aquilo que mais desejamos experimentar. O foco da nossa consciência e das nossas intenções tornam-se de grande valor para termos uma relação profunda e gratificante com o nosso eu mais divino e autêntico. E leva apenas um pouco de tempo para receber.

Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self

The World is becoming a more dangerous place as the Leaders in the Russia/Ukraine War, are accelerating it to dangerous levels. They are aware of it but prepared to gamble on the outcome. The West is naturally concerned at the progress of it and is prepared to defend its country if necessary. It is too early to judge the likely outcome but it is hoped common sense will prevail. You now have the Israel/Gaza Strip confrontation getting out of hand, so after two World Wars and many smaller ones it seems that little has been learned from them, and the people of the world are both fearful and fed up with the feuding and petty squabbles, often over problems that could easily have been settled amicably ages ago. It seems that lessons cannot be learned except the hard way often at the cost of many, many lives.

Now you have another problem as how to minimise the loss of lives, often increased by ignoring ”the rules of war” that are to protect ordinary people drawn into it, it seems that in the frenzy of war the finer points are ignored. It is of little consolation to know that karma is very much involved in such situations but if you think about it it must be so. Sooner rather than later Man must take a serious look at his approach to problems of this nature and be ready to make concessions so as to find a peaceful solution. We reiterate as we have mentioned many times, you are one Human Race experiencing to enable an expansion of consciousness, a raising of your vibrations to the point of overcoming all negativity.

Keep striving for the best outcome and as you lift yourself up so others will follow. It is always the way forward. In such changing times as exist upon Earth at present, it offers every soul an opportunity to rise up, but it is hard going when all around you many face chaos and peace seems to be wishful thinking. However, as you are entering an area in Space of higher vibrations it will eventually overcome the lower vibrations for good. It is bringing about changes for the benefit of all souls. If you go along with the changes you will eventually ascend, whilst those who cannot keep pace with them will go in a different direction that opens up a new pathway for them.

The plan for every soul is rooted in creating a pathway to Ascension and many eventually get their step by step. Every help is given and many souls have a totally different experience, but the important thing is that they finally get there. Time is of no real consequence as long as you reach your destination. At heart you know this is so and it helps to keep you on track to completion. All the effort you put in will be well rewarded you just need determination and stay focussed on your goal. You get help along the way as your ever present Guides are there help you achieve success.

As serious as the break out of war is, for now it is contained but clearly other countries feel threatened and who knows how it will affect them. Be assured the whole matter is always under scrutiny and we are available if our advice is required. We use our ways to guide you without infringing your freewill and can assure you that you have the final choice. At your level of understanding you have sufficient knowledge to know what to do but sometimes the ego gets in the way. In the end good sense usually prevails we are pleased to inform you.

As old souls you have a mine of experience to call upon, and it will usually see you through the difficult times. If you make a mistake you have ample time to put it right the main aim being to avoid going completely off track. By and large you are sensible souls with so much experience to call upon. However, times change very quickly and you are sometimes tested to the limit. Where problems are encountered keep calm and if necessary use meditation to achieve it. It is at such times you are more open to allow your Guides to come closer and help you.

It is hard to keep on track with so many distractions particularly at such a worrying time. But you must hold firm and stay focussed on your goal. Never forget that there is a purpose to life and it is not some random occurrence without any real direction. Your present lifetime is a most important one, offering you a unique opportunity to rise up to never again have to go through a whole series of experiences such as you are now.

Life should be fun, exciting and most importantly fulfilling as you expand your understanding of what it is really about. The dark Ones have spent so much time hiding the truth from you and would prefer that you stay in the lower vibrations. The reason is that they feed off your energy for their survival. Once you go off track they keep it that way and soon you find yourself unable to get back to the Light. You are then pulled into negative actions that may make you drink blood and sell your soul to practices that are extremely evil. However, once having reached a certain high level of vibration it is extremely unlikely that you would fall back.

Dear Ones, you have many friends in the higher levels who are often with you giving comfort when you need it. They comfort you when you are sad or distressed and do their best to lift you up. They guide you around obstacles that may be on your path and if possible keep you safe from harm. Sometimes humans do the most silly things endangering their life, and we cannot interfere beyond in the first instance try to influence them for the better and their safety. We want you to keep in one piece and not spoil the wonderful opportunity you have been given to move on and leave the lower vibrations behind.

Life can be fun and enjoyable and is not all hard work and so solemn. You have friends like anyone else and together you can have some wonderful times. Yet there are times when you have your serious moments that may call for your dedication to the matter in hand. You have to allow for those times when some hard work may well be involved that affects your spiritual advancement. We come closer to you to guide you through them.

Treat all as you would be treated yourself and be kind to others even if their understanding of the truth is different to yours. All souls eventually make progress and growth comes from persevering with your experiences even if they seem more than you can accept.

The universe is a direct reflection of our own sense of value and self love (worthiness) and is directly reflected back to us. I am due to move yet again… the 5th relocation within 5 years… I am slowly getting fed up. But each time I move I am getting upgraded and currently I am looking for at new home which should manifest in less than 3 weeks.

The universe is currently showing me that things I would dare to believe existed, in fact, DO exist. Miracles of abundance and divine opportunities. The universe is showing me and telling me… pick and choose. I have now seen two houses (for rent) which are absolutely high class to an amount of money that is hard to believe. Like this is too good to be true… no, miracles exists, divine abundance is right here in all the colours of the rainbow and at hand.

Still have not signed a lease but what I am shown right now is blowing my mind. I am definately in for a cosmic treat… so exciting to soar on wings of joy and witnessing what is in store. By the end of next week I will know my new anchor point. This is soooooo exciting!

My higher self and teams of light is orchestrating everything to the smallest detail and catering for all my needs. All I need to do is to be alert, attuned and aligned from my sacred heart and being the holy grail, receive and allowing the perfect outcome coming to me.

What an adventure and exploration of consciousness this is…. one breath at a time life is unfolding for the highest good in the most miraculous ways.

Trusting and surrendering is the key.

Aside to that a lot of old structures, paradigms, imprints both collectively and personally are being erased and transmuted… it is like having a rug pulled away from under your feet. Be ready to be catapulted onto a brand new course far away from your comfort zone.

Feels risky at time, feels crazy or insane to the mind, thus staying firmly anchored in our sacred heart is the only way we can transition this leg of our evolution, where the world as we know it, is literally falling apart! Fires, storms, floods, earthquakes… yes as we know there is an agenda behind all this. But at the same time…. the earth is purging and cleansing to her innermost core, all outdated structures, paradigms and beliefs that holds together the earth hologram thru our collective mind has to die, to give birth to the new heaven, which is emerging from within the heart of hearts in all of us.

Grounding is paramount right now, spend as much time as possible in nature, to cleanse and balance your subtle bodies and to allow your body to reconfigurate all the ongoing photonic light codes pouring in from the sun and the galactic core and from beyond this galaxy.

You can do this and have been preparing for this for thousands of years… to come here at this time for this grand purge and shift of ages. Bring it on… you came here to shine in all your might and restore eden. You are the miracle. Your time is now.
